I’m currently part of the team with a project called Wiki Zone (in collaboration with Wiki World). It is once-a-month sharing session (or you can call it seminar but the word is a bit heavy to me) on just about anything mostly on technology stuff.
My role is all about the internet. In my previous session (which is the first session happened last month), I shared about Web 2.0 where I introduced a series of Web 2.0 application from Facebook, YouTube, Del.icio.us, WikiHow, Vox and more. Another speaker, Ravin from Vello & Associates , a cyberlaw specialist, shared about Email legalities issue, which was an eye opening experience to me.

No. The empty seats don’t really matter. Look at the participation.
The crowd was great: not entirely a large crowd but an attentive, intelligent and participative crowd. The place was great: thanks to Arden for the cozy environment of his office (Pixels) at Nagore Road. And certainly, we looked forward 2nd session.
There is a 2nd session.
It’s coming at this Saturday (22nd September 07) 2pm - 5pm at Pixels@Nagore Road. The admission is free (don’t you like that?) and there will be refreshment served.
Calvin Yeoh will touch about the highlight of budget 2008 as well as some tax savings topic. And again, I’ll be having my part on the social media. This time, I’ll be sharing about using blog for your personal branding success, mostly adapted from my experience on how this blog has branded me as an online marketing and SEO expert. Ravin will then talk about an issue that raising concerns among us (the bloggers): the legal issue behind blogging.
So, if you have any questions about tax or budget 2008; or if you are looking to use blog to further promote yourself / your business on the internet; or if you have hundreds of questions on the legal issue of blogging, you probably wouldn’t want to miss this. More details and registration information can be found below:

Look to see you there ;)

Wow, Arden’s office seems quite big. He is doing what business?
Wikiworld is still in the stage of building? Not noticing its presence.
