Trip to KL

by Lim CS on July 27, 2007

I made a short business trip to KL 3 days ago.

The trip was rushed and I got back to Penang within 2 days. Nevertheless, it’s great and a pleasure to meet up with Hanson and Adrian. The things to talk about with the persons within your industry are just endless. How I wish I stay there.

There was this nice little hotel called stayOrange.com. When you are in the dot com business, you have to stay in a hotel which names end with a dot com.

It’s a cozy small room that only fit you, your laptop, your luggage and nothing else.

The hotel is located just beside McDonald’s at Chinatown.

Speaking of McDonald’s, I’m a McD person. I have it several times a week, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or midnight supper. The fact that they now open 24 hours is the best things ever happen to me, because I always work late. But in my less-than-24 hours-stay in KL, I had McD four times, including one at 3am. Thank goodness, KFC at sunshine square is now opening 24 hours too.

Anyone up for supper now?

I met Hanson that morning at Midvalley and thought I could join you guys in the evening too, but unfortunately got caught up in another appointment. :)

Hey Dude,

Still working late for your life lately? Same for me but I have tried to cut down as it’s not good for life … You bet ya … If you go for Sunshine KFC, remember to ring those who are in night shift which are just 2km away … :-)

Yeah. Old habits die hard, man.

Haha. It’s actually 500m away instead of 2KM away. And yes, I went there twice already, with the night shift team ;)
